Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to Royal Parivar

I still remember the days in the year 1995, when we had first thought of venturing into education. As it was a totally new field for us the only way to learn was to become students once again. Thus started a learning process of finding what the education process in the country was, is and should be and after studying and contemplating various education systems, both in India and abroad emerged an education model which we given the name “ROYAL”.

Why “Royal?” Because there are multiple paths to learning and a school should be a facilitator in this process. Education is not just imparting knowledge, but also training young minds with the skills of using knowledge purposefully and effectively towards the betterment of self and society.

I have travelled to and studied education system in India and engaged in innovative work in education. We have found and run school in India. Today we are running sixteen (16) schools and nine colleges (9) in different parts of India. These schools have served as Laboratory for us to test ideas of an education more suited to the needs and aspirations of children, living in the 21st century. We have piloted Personalized and differentiated methods and assessment that aim to inspire and empower every child.

Our work is based on the principal of “Compete with yourself”. These efforts have been supported by our vision and passion for an education that bring out the best in every child for both the Personal and Social good.

Many people only talk about changing the education system. But nothing has been done so far. But we have successfully experiment to implement changes in the system. The existing education system in India stresses more on competition with others, but we staunchly believe that the key to the potential development is “Competition with one self.”

According to us a broader and bolder education is the need of the 21st century which should embrace creative and innovative work for the children.

The schools generally focus on what syllabus must be covered, but we suggest that giving impetus to outcome for which education is imparted is more important. Outcome like developing good character and performing good work must be preferred than budding talent of smart work.

A Research based Approach to Educational transformation must be requires.

June 2010 under the banner of Dombilvli Yuvak Education Trust. Royal International School is one of the best school of the entire Thane district.

In Present scenario every parents is concern about safety and security of their wards. R.I.S Provides high tech security system which includes 96 C.P.T.V. cameras. 4 lady security guards. 5 gents security guards, Supervisors security officer and ‘Safety and security’ committees on all the floors.
